Sometimes working with office support services becomes fun! To document our own processes, work and deliveries, we now prefer FDB Wiki. FDB Wiki is based on the same engine as Wikipedia. This is a solution FDB can recommend.
With FDB Wiki, we get a familiar and beloved Wikipedia interface for user-friendly reading, editing, and checking of internal information. We may have links to all relevant documents and files on FDB- Sharepoint/Onedrive and servers within our office network. This is in addition to all possible links to external websites. We can do all of this by downloading and installing Mediawiki. However, the great potential of the solution was not realized until we established clear guidelines for the use of FDB Wiki.
